Attention Waveney residents!

Our Lose Weight with Live Well Suffolk service has recently expanded and will now cover the Waveney area, which includes the towns of Lowestoft, Bungay and Beccles.

We will be running FREE 12 week weight management programmes in partnership with the local leisure centres. If you would like some support with your weight then give us a call now to book your place!

The chances of successfully losing weight and changing unhealthy habits forever are greatly increased with us working alongside you.

Lose Weight with Live Well Suffolk is our adult weight management service, specifically aimed to help men and women with a BMI (Body Mass Index) of 30 or over, or BMI of 28 or above, with a medical condition, to lose weight.

Led by our community based weight management practitioners, all of which are highly skilled and have the specialist knowledge and experience to advise and guide you each step of the way, changing bad habits and showing you how to lose weight for good.

What is involved?

The 12 week programme covers all of the key areas that need to be addressed in order to generate long term weight loss including behaviour changes, dietary changes and addressing physical activity.

Each weekly session delivers a 60 minute hands-on workshop, followed by 30 minutes of physical activity, including safe and effective combination of cardio vascular, muscular strength and endurance exercises.

We have courses running in Ipswich, Bury, Felixstowe, Sudbury, Lowestoft, Bungay and Haverhill. Please see below for the courses.
